It's now modular so you can pick and choose which aspects you want/don't want. I do admit that it has been a while since I last checked on it. All of my Sims are struggling with illness since I returned the updated Private Practice to my Mods folder. Do they interfere with each other, do you know? I like PP for the fact my would be physician can go to Med School, as the proper next step in succession. I went back to it after the update no issues.
